Frontier will continue to grow to deliver on the mission of providing affordable travel across America serving more than 100 destinations in the U.S. Frontier is also known as the most fuel-efficient U.S. airline. In keeping with their slogan, A Whole Different Animal, Frontier planes carry images of different wildlife on the tail. Basically, species were chosen that are either native to the Rocky Mountains or found in the areas they fly to. Each animal has a symbolic name (e.g., Grizwald the Grizzly) and very specific characteristics are assigned to each representative. The best animal images were selected in competitions and placed on the tail unit.
In the first of two A320 neos pilot, Katie, was at the controls and we stood with her aunt and cousins at Maho Beach while she landed directly overhead. Needless to say, that was a lot of excitement! Katie was then greeted with water cannons and officials at the airport.
