The team
Oscar Mauricio Villanueva Castro is behind the success of Ceviche 91. Originally from Peru, he missed his beloved ceviche on the island of Curaçao and therefore decided to open a gastro bar himself. You can enjoy fresh fish dishes, tapas, cocktails, and a beautiful view here since 2021. His passion for fresh, local ingredients and creative interpretations of traditional dishes are reflected in every dish on the menu. The wohle team is very attentive and the service is great!

The Ceviche 91 invites its guests with an ambience that combines maritime flair with modern design. Light wood elements and turquoise accents reflect the Caribbean surroundings.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a breathtaking view of the sea and the historic city of Willemstad. The open kitchen allows guests to watch the kitchen team prepare the delicious creations.
