We had the most delightful dinner at Bistrot Caraibes in Grand Case – truly a food lover’s paradise! 🍽️

Angie kicked things off with her favorites: creamy snails and mushrooms, the signature eggplant bavarois with crab, and sautéed fresh duck liver with mango and pistachios – an absolute dream! Meanwhile, Thomas enjoyed the perfect trio: Tuna Tataki, homemade smoked salmon, and a beautifully prepared beef carpaccio.

Every bite was exceptional, and the flavors paired perfectly with a chilled glass of Sancerre. ✨

Our culinary adventure started with cold half lobster, and fresh oysters. For the main course, a tender Filet de Boeuf stole the show, and perfectly half-cooked tuna. We ended the night on a sweet note, sharing an amazing cookie dessert with fresh raspberries. 🍷🦞🍰
