✨ A Magical Evening at JAVA Restaurant in Grand Case ✨ We recently enjoyed an incredible NEW dining experience at @java_sxm Restaurant with the new Chef de Cuisine, @HubertTarbouriech , and talented chef, Bastian Vitart Together, they’ve crafted a remarkable new menu that took our taste buds on an unforgettable journey. The evening was made even more special by the fantastic service team led by Marc, the new restaurant manager, who brings over 20 years of island expertise.

Our night began with mouth-watering starters: Fresh Salmon Gravlax, marinated in vodka and fresh herbs, served with avocado guacamole and a colorful medley of fresh vegetables; Lobster macédoine with whole-grain mustard béarnaise; scallops carpaccio, marine infusion, and a touch of salmon caviar. These flavors already had us blown away!

As the sun set, the gentle sound of the waves and ocean view created a beautifully romantic atmosphere. Then, the main course arrived—an absolute showstopper! We indulged in Slow Cooked Monk Fish on fresh green peas and carrot stew with bacon and a red wine butter sauce, followed by Chef Hubert’s signature dish: Beef Wellington, wrapped in puff pastry with foie gras, melted mushrooms, and a rich red wine sauce.

To finish, we savored decadent Profiteroles for dessert—each bite a delight. JAVA’s new interior and updated vibe elevate this top location in Grand Case. 🌊🍴
