In this post, we would like to introduce you to one of the favorite beach bars in Saint Martin. We’re talking about the Aloha Beach Bar at Orient Bay.
Definitely an absolute hotspot and our first port of call when we fancy a unique dining and cocktail experience close to the beach. If you want to know why that is and what makes Aloha Beach Bar so special, read on.
Location and ambience: a dream on the turquoise sea
First of all, let’s talk about the location of the Aloha Beach Bar. Although we could go on for pages describing what awaits you there, we’ll try to keep it short: Aloha Beach Bar bar is located directly on the beautiful Orient Bay Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches on the island.
The white sandy beach and turquoise sea not only provide a breathtaking backdrop but also invite you to relax and dream.
The location itself is built in typical Caribbean style. With thatched roofs and lots of colorful decorations, you are surrounded by a paradisiacal ambience.
Even from the terrace, there is a breathtaking view of the ocean and the passing boats. Truly a place where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean to the full.
The team: warmth & service with a smile
The atmosphere in the Aloha Beach Bar is always informal and friendly. The whole team is known for its warmth and good service. They try to fulfill every wish and make every guest’s stay as pleasant as possible.
You can look forward to a warm and smiling welcome from the owners Hubert & Nicolas as well as from the manager Alexandre and his service team Fanny, Vincent & Aurore.
Behind the scenes and responsible for the fantastic culinary delights is head chef Bastien, supported by the helping hands of Fabienne Logan & Marie. Together they are not only a well-rehearsed and competent team, but also a very professional one.
It should also be mentioned that Hubert has an outstanding career as a chef. He has even given numerous cookery courses at the hotel management school in Lausanne for his career. He has also written many cookbooks in which he talks about his art and his passion.
Culinary delights: Fresh ingredients & Caribbean specialties
Now let’s move on to the culinary delights. The Aloha Beach Bar offers a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. On the menu you will find fresh salads, hearty burgers, delicious sandwiches and of course fresh seafood.
As you can imagine, there are so many delicacies here that it would take a long time to list them all. So we’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves, as they say more than words …
Also, we would like to mention that you can of course also enjoy a wide selection of cocktails made with fresh fruit and local rum at the bar, as well as cold drinks, snacks and delicious coffee at any time.
Live music and more
Relaxed lounge music is played in the bar during the day, while a DJ creates a good atmosphere at sunset. You need to go to one of their cool parties on a Sunday evening! This beach bar embraces diversity and fosters a safe and open-minded environment for everyone.
The sunset party awaits you every Sunday, but there are also regular live music evenings where you can dance the night away to Caribbean rhythms.
