About the team
Milaure and Gil have been working in the food and beverage industry for more than 20 years. From nightclubs to “2 star restaurants”, they always have one goal: make the customer happy and let them experience something unique…! They take French gastronomy to a new level and give you a very warm welcome. Here you have the feeling that you are not just a customer, but a special guest.
Chef Jerome Droingt, a very close friend of the couple, is known as “Chef Dje” and will definitely surprise you with his culinary creations. Many are based on his Mediterranean background and his philosophy is to use as many local and organic products as possible. The “Le Pressoir Experience”, so to speak, a fusion, inspiring cuisine that you have never experienced before. The whole team, including front and back office, helps to give you an incredible culinary experience.
About the kitchen
As already mentioned, the cuisine at Le Pressoir is influenced by French haute cuisine, but is also characterized by creativity and innovation. Fresh local ingredients, combined in a sophisticated way, create unique taste experiences, so that the menu offers a variety of dishes.
These include starters such as salmon carpaccio with avocado and mango or scallops with passion fruit sauce. Equally appealing are the main courses, such as roasted lamb fillet with rosemary potatoes and ratatouille. Also recommended are the monkfish medallions with saffron risotto and pea puree or the filet mignon with pommes duchesse and béarnaise sauce.
The many dessert creations are also unique. Chocolate mousse with a liquid center and almond ice cream or crème brûlée with raspberry sorbet? We are happy to leave the choice up to you …
It is all about the taste and presentation
Particularly noteworthy is the presentation of the dishes, which resembles a work of art. Every detail has been lovingly thought through and ensures that the food is not only a delight for the palate, but also for the eyes.
In summary, the cuisine at Le Pressoir is of the highest standard and offers all gourmets an unforgettable culinary experience. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available, so there really is something for every taste.
In addition to the regular menu, Le Pressoir offers a changing lunch menu from Monday to Thursday and seasonal specials. We recommend to take a closer look at the extensive wine list. You will find a large selection of French and international wines, which go perfectly with the dishes.
