We had the most delightful dinner at Bistrot Carai We had the most delightful dinner at Bistrot Caraibes in Grand Case – truly a food lover’s paradise! 🍽️ Angie kicked things off with her favorites: creamy snails and mushrooms, the signature eggplant bavarois with crab, and sautéed fresh duck liver with mango and pistachios – an absolute dream! Meanwhile, Thomas enjoyed the perfect trio: Tuna Tataki, homemade smoked salmon, and a beautifully prepared beef carpaccio.
