New travel requirements are in effect for Sint Maarten as of January 19th, 2022:

All travelers, regardless of which country they enter Sint Maarten from, they must fill out an online registration at https://stmaartenehas.com/application-form/.

Fully vaccinated and boostered travelers do not need to present a test at the airport.

Fully vaccinated and non-boostered travelers (from 5 years and older) must have a negative PCR test – not older than 48 hours or a negative antigen test – not older than 24 hours.

Children (0-5 years of age) do not need to be tested or vaccinated to enter Sint Maarten.

Unvaccinated travelers need to present a negative PCR test result before their departure – the result can not be older than 48 hours.

There is no physical border between the French side of St. Martin and the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The movement of people and goods is completely open.
